I can send as many photos as I want from Picasa in Gmail, but when I try in Windows Live Mail an error messsage comes and says it has failed. Why?

Everytime I click on contacts it goes to contacts and then freezes I can't do anything I can't click on them I can't add any I can't do anything it just sits there and thinks until i have to close the whole application then restart my mail I have removed
it and tried again but it still happens it is totally useless at the moment

windows live mail 2012 constant crashing ESENT usually while deleting messages, or typing new message.
Windows live mail 2012 v16.4.3328.0331 windows 7 pro 64. I7 8gb memory
On occasion WLM crashes, starts in recover database mode. Four times it was lost all email creating recovery folders Inbox (1) etc.
Approximately 9gb of emails, except for the last three years are located in storage folders.
Four accounts - pop3. I do not use a windows live sign in with WLM.
Upon last major crash of WLM I replaced the drive with a SSD since then I have had three major crashes in WLM. ESET AV (business 5.x) no virus, malware bytes - no threats, ADW - no threats
sfc /sannow complains on the windows 10 nag update which has been deinstalled, and telemetry.json. chkdsk /f /r is clean. No significant errors found in event viewer. WLM -> Maintenance -> compact -> 1 run, fails with a "in use" message.
When these crashes occur I restore the windows live mail folder from windows backup and import my missing messages.
I finally figured out how to compacted the Mail.MSMessageStore using ESENT reducing its size from 465,000kb to 335,000kb.
Current crash:

I have 2 accounts with the provider "cwgsy.net" The addresses servers and ports work perfectly well on my android tablet but I get error messages regarding the servers when i try to use on live mail My provider gave me new server addresses whech

I exported emails from windows live mail, using microsoft windows live mail format, to a folder on my desktop. How do I open the emails that are in the folder. They're in wml.fol format and I get asked to find an app to open it. I've got 8.1.

Deleting contacts
Recently I started a Microsoft account, having done this I then found I couldn't start my Windows 8.1 PCs without using my password. OK I can live with this and at least it synchronised my Live Mail so when I bought a new PC my contacts were 'imported'
when I installed WLM. I then found problems with WLM 2012 so I thought I'd look into the 'Mail' app of 8.1. Having entered my email account I then found all my contacts seem to have been added as 'People'. I don't think much of 'Mail' so uninstalled WLM 2012
and installed WLM 2011. Now I find I have twice as many contacts as previously. Same people but everyone is duplicated, my categories have twice as many names as previously. I find I can delete these duplicates from a 'category' (a tedious process) but am
unable to remove them from the main list. In fact I am unable to delete ANY entry from the main list. This is inconvenient. What happens when contacts DIE?? I have my MP listed as a contact. If subsequently he is found to be another Cyril Smith will I be considered
similarly guilty by association? If he loses his seat at the next election I will no longer need his email address but it seems as if it is non deleteable.

Windows Live Mail
Windows Live Mail will not open today. It worked fine yesterday.
Tried to troubleshoot the issue and I can not uninstall/repair it either in the control panel.

sending and receiving email with Windows Live Mail, @live error: 4102
My Windows Live Mail has stop sending and receiving mail can get there thought the web, but not using Windows Live Mail.
My other email I set up works, just cant seem to use Live account for sending and receiving email which seems odd. I've checked the activity and it's all me. Is there a 1-800# to call or some other support than this? who do I contact about this issue?

I am trying to add my outlook.com account to Windows Live Mail, and keep getting this error once I added my account:

My outlook.com account has been switched to Outlook Mail (Preview) when I log into it through a web browser.

windows 10 issues with live essentials
I was about to install windows 10 and got a notification stating that windows live essentials would not be available in this version. will my photos, movie maker, email, etc. still operate correctly or will I have to download other software to keep them
operating as they are now? running as they are now? I have an outlook account but it is tied to my live mail account. ( I opened the outlook account thru the live mail account years ago)thanks in advance for any help you can give me

Windows Live Mail 2012 will not open. A box comes up in the upper right hand corner of the screen with three options.
Mail, calendar, and contacts but I cannot open any of these either. I did the repair and still not working. How does one get any help with this?
