1. For a month now, on trying to open or delete a message in the Junk Folder, I get: “A problem occurred while trying to open this message. Try again”...but trying again doesn’t change that. I try to move the msg to another folder to open...BUT it says: “Message cannot be found” and deletes it!!!
There are SO MANY MORE glitches in this unblessed email client that I want to kill it, or myself! But right now, please let me know how to open these files, and also the following:
2. I deleted or lost the folders I created and their files inside. I seem to see them but can't retrieve them. Need a hand to bring them back to me
