change ribbon highlighted color Live 2012

On Windows Live 2011 when migrating in HOME view the categories are lighted in Orange, which is great to see.

Now in Windows Live 2012 they are almost the same color as the background and hard to see, like a light blue color.

How can I change this to Orange again?  The only thing I can see that changes any color is the color of the Accounts.
