Have never needed to use the Forum before so hope I'm doing it right and that you don't mind me contacting you.
Am having trouble setting up a new email account for my aged mother-in-law. Have gone through the steps to establish the account but when trying to update it, along with our 3 other email addresses, all I get is a dialogue box asking for a password for the server. Have tried all our known passwords but no luck. We do get a screen message advising that "Windows Live Mail is synchronizing this account, check back in a few minutes" but its now 24 hours since that first appeared.
What am I missing? Would greatly appreciate your help please.
