I see I'm not the only one having this problem. Why are we not getting any answers???
Email is important and when it stops working, we have a huge problem. How about some help here?
Clearly, if so many people are all of a sudden having the same problem, then it's not on our end, so being told to reconfigure or delete and reinstall is not going to fix the problem. I see from past posts that this has happened fairly regularly in the
past and most of the time people were told to send in log files, redonfigure, delete and reinstall, etc, none of which really helped. Because it's not on our end! Then, things just mysteriously start working again, which means something was done at the provider
end. Please fix this problem NOW!
