keep asking security code and can't update to current cellphone number

Hi,

recently there are changes on the windows live mail / hotmail login page. Now it keep asking to input the security code.

The cellphone number that I registered with hotmail long time ago has been disconnected and I forgot to update the phone number to my current active number.

Now, it keep asking me to send the security verification code to the old phone number.

How can I change / update the phone number, so that I can receive the security code to my current cellphone number??
