I have Windows 8 with window live mail version 2012 Build 16.4.3508.0205. A sender sent message with attachment but the attachment does no appear in Windos live. I checked my email directly from verizon.net and the attachment is there as a winmail.dat. I alsoclicked repair all windows essential programs and successfully updated and restarted computer but still have this problem. So windows live cannot decode winmail.dat? How can senders with outlook send me attachments?
