I'm having the dreaded "A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again." error message while trying to use Windows Mail Live. I've tried several fixes including the repair feature, complete removal and
reinstall and still the problem occurs. It's only specific to my desktop computer because I have no problems from another computer. I'm able to see the email message headers but nothing appears in the preview pane and when a specific message is selected
I get the above message. Please help! This happens with all accounts within the Windows Live Mail software.
