I can get my email through Outlook in browser but cant log in through Live Mail....

I can log in to my emails through web based Outlook but I cant get them in Live Mail.  I use the same password and have tried on multiple PC's and iPads.  I am 100% sure that the password is correct as I use it to log in through a browser.
