I have Windows Live Mail 2011 --- all of my contacts have disappeared --- can you please advise how to recover the missing information. I have proved the about info from the drop down box so you will know what version I am working with.

The issue started when I tried to send an email with a photo. A box popped up asking me to set up an account however when I set up the account all of my contacts disappeared so I cancelled the account but now the information is missing and I cannot access
the tab for contacts so I am now unable to save any contacts. Please help --- I need to fix this and I am completely lost.
