I have not been able to send or receive messages since 12/29/13. I get an error message that reads:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Maine.rr (sswayze) account. The connection to the server has failed.

PLEASE PLEASE help me. I am NOT computer savvy so you have to speak in very simple terms. Thanks.
