Several times a day, when I click on a new email, a window opens saying "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Professional. Gathering required information...." (Image below) Usually, hitting the cancel button doesn't cancel it.
Because I don't use or have Microsoft Office, it eventually opens another window telling me I need to insert a CD with the files, and then it opens a third window saying it can't configure Microsoft Office.
This just recently started happening, and I don't know why or how to stop it. It's annoying and time-consuming, although the windows eventually can be closed. I don't know if it's connected with something about the email I'm opening or just something that's happening with Windows Live Mail.
I have Windows Live Mail Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308). My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
