I keep getting the message:
"Your account is missing a full name or date of birth. Visit account.live.com to update the required information, then try again."
I get this when trying to go through the process of authorising my childs xbox live account when I am trying to sign in. I have been in and checked and there is already a full name and DOB in there. Yesterday morning for some reason when he tried to use
his Xbox it said he needed to sign in at Xbox.com even though he wasn't doing anything different to normal.
This is all very frustrating not being able to use a service I have paid for and not changed anything that I know of to have caused this problem.
Yes, I am guessing I have categorized this incorrectly as I couldn't find a category for Microsoft Accounts !?
