Change font size in menus, icons, contacts, etc. in Live Mail 2012 on Widows 8.1

Is there any way to get larger fonts to display in Windows Live Mail. not so much the fonts in the emails, but the fonts in the application. Like the fonts in the left panel that shows your accounts and folders or other menus and in Contacts.
