keep getting Server Error: 0x800488FE on one email account

I use Windows Live email and use it to view several email accounts.  One email account always has issues and regularly get error like the one below.  To overcome it I have to validate and reset my password.  This is a real pain.  I am thinking could it be anything related to windows updates i.e. after an update it cannot validate this particular email account ?  My pc did a windows update last night and completed it when I started my pc today.  I then noticed this error for this one email account which is the one that is giving me grief.  All other email accounts are fine.

I have validated and reset my password and I can see my email again but I want to know how to fix this issue so it does not keep happening.  Please help
