OT: Unable to receive messages.

- Have you tried using your email account on the web client?
- Did you encounter any error message? If yes, provide us the exact error message.
- Does the issue happen when using a different computer?
- Do other Hotmail accounts encounter the same issue when using your computer?
If your email account is working fine for the web client, I would suggest that you need to repair or reconfigure your Windows Live Mail.

I have the same problem but my server is HTTP and there is no information about that on the link you gave us. It's weird because everything was working very well and now I can send emails, I can access my Microsoft, I can Use Skype... all with the same email address and password but I can't receive emails anymore.
