Help with error connecting to newsgroups

When I try to connect to my newsgroup, I get the following error code;

 Account: terabyteunlimited
   Server: terabyteunlimited.com
   User name: JoRene41
   Protocol: NNTP
   Port: 1119
   Secure(SSL): 0
   Code: 800ccc0e

I posted a few minutes ago and did not give this error code, which might be of help in solving my problem.  It is difficult to find one's way back to the original post, so I am posting again.  Thank you.
