Pretty regularly for the past couple of months, 1 click instead of double click opens a message rather than highlighting it, and also when a message can be highlighted in the message list the keyboard delete key will not work. Confirming the focus is changed from an item in the folder list to the message list doesn't help to enable deletion with the keyboard delete key. Often, I also cannot use shift-down arrow selection to handle messages, the highlight just moves from message to message. This behavior occurs regardless of which pc is being used so I am pretty certain it's not specific to a particular piece of hardware.
I have re-installed the program but the issue returns. Anybody have any ideas?
Running IE10, Windows Essentials, and Windows 7 Home Premium desktop PC fully updated. USB wired mouse and keyboard.
