I was using Windows Live Mail to manage a juno.com email account on a computer runningWindows 7 Home Premium (x64) Service Pack 1 (build 7601). I made weekly backups to an external drive with the backup program provided in Windows 7.
Following a hard drive crash of my internal drive, I followed your instructions on MS community on how to recover my email by restoring my Windows Live Mail folder from the backup drive, reinstalling and launching WLM. This gives me a virgin folder structure and my juno.com emails are nowhere to be found.
They are, however, on the backup drive as I can navigate there and see them all in their neat folders.
You need to provide clear instructions on how to restore these types of accounts.
