Yesterday I reset my Microsoft password, today I find that whilst I am able to receive emails I cannot send them. My email address is an .fsnet (orange) address, but I have accessed this via Windows LiveMail for over 12 months.
I've come out of Windows Livemail then gone back in, and am getting asked to sign in twice, 1st to the Windows Live Mail sign in screen and then a pop up box with a set of keys, saying Please enter your user name and password for the following server. Then the box next to Server is already prefilled with 'pop.orangehome.co.uk', then User name is prefilled with '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' and then a space to input the password. Whether I input my password for fsnet or Microsoft, the pop up box keeps flashing up seconds later.
I'm sure I had this problem 3 months ago when we changed broadband provider, and I managed to sort it out by looking at various help sites....but nothing seems to be working this time.
Any help would be much appreciated.....please.
