"An Unknown Error"

Each time I try to delete a particular spam email, I get the following message, "An Unknown Error Has Occurred." I also get this message when I try to move the same particular email to a folder that I've created. What is causing this and how do I fix it? I can successfully delete and move other emails, just not these two.
