Windows Essentials Live Mail will not send with my Gmail account

I have set up Windows Live Amil account specifically by the setting G mail requires for IMAP.  Recieves messages fine but will not SEND...error out every time.

I get PLAIN CLIENT TOKEN

and:

Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.

Configuration:

I am seriously stumped!?!??!?
