I began having trouble with my 2013 Outlook, where one of my IMAP accounts wasn't syncing. Thus, I downloaded Microsoft Essentials and set up two different IMAP accounts.
Things were working well, until for no reason (at least that I'm aware of), my emails began getting stuck in "Outbox." I tried removing and re-adding the accounts to no success. Next, I changed my IMAP setting's external port to #587, because our email host said port 25 was likely blocked (although my email had been working fine using 25, before it suddenly stopped working.) I closed it and re-opened it after applying the new setting.
I've added a screenshot of the error message I received upon re-opening Mail. Any help is incredibly appreciated.
