Mail working on iPad but not on Outlook.com

Dear sir/ madam,

I am posting this issue on behalf of my uncle.

He is currently unable to access is mail(hotmail) through the web.
He is however logged in on his iPad where the password is stored and it works just fine.

Upon entering the same password he has on iPad into outlook.com we receive the message saying the password is incorrect.

So with these credentials we're not able to log into outlook.com
The default recovery email is the email provided by his ISP. Unfortunately they don't offer this service anymore as you can read here: https://www.uts.cw/personal/general/notifications/discontinuation-email-0
So any email send to that address cannot be accessed.

We have also tried filling out the form with the latest Email subjects and sent addresses but this has been rejected.

Please advise and lend support.
He is able to log into this email on the tablet and can provide you with any information you wish. If needed we can send scans of his passport for identification, anything to get his webmail back on track.

Once again we would appreciate your prompt reply.
We've also created a ticket on https://support2.microsoft.com but have not received a response yet. It has been more then 24 hours and still no support from Microsoft. We can also provide you with this ticket number if it helps speed-up the process.
