Dear Madam/Sir
After tinkering with settings to personalise Oulook I now don't receive emails in Live Mail 2012. They do appear in my mobile phone of same address and in Outlook.
Following is the message given:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (henry.9) account.
Server Error: 4102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00001
I did try to uninstall and re-install Essentials but problem still there.
Any help appreciated
