couldn't send photo emails - "Delete the photo email, create a new one, and try to send it again. Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8CCCD052"

WLM was working just fine and then yesterday it wouldn't let me send photo emails.  I am using Windows Live Mail 2012 and have Windows 7.  I spent hours trying to get it to work and then I was so frustrated that I uninstalled WLM (from Control Panel) and reinstalled it.  Now I am able to send photo emails but my first email recipient replied that it requested an MSN code?   Please help!   thanks
