I cannot access my live mail email on my computer. I can, however, access it when I log in to Outlook. The error I get when I try to access email via my computer email is: Server error: 4402. I also got an error ID: 0x8DE00002. When I ran troubleshooting on it, the diagnosis was "Incompatible Application."
Also, prior to not being able to access the email, the email was not functioning properly -- e.g., my husband sent me an email from his hotmail account around 2 p.m., but I didn't receive it until around 10 p.m., despite being able to receive other emails.
Can anyone suggest an easy-to-follow repair?
