I have forgotten my Hotmail account password and when prompted to go through the "change password" sequence find that the newly created password allows access to an old "Outlook" account which I had not used for years. So I find myself unable to change the "Hotmail" password and so go access to that facility whilst the process allows me to continually change the password but apparently only to my "outlook" facility. Help please! I use Windows7 Home Premium and the mail facility is Windows Live.
