Code: 800ccc0f Error

For the last several weeks, I get error 800ccc0f intermittently when sending, receiving and moving messages to local folders.

I have Windows Live Mail 2012 build 16.4.3528.0331. Windows 7 64 bit, all critical updates current, 8 GB RAM. AVG  2014, with email scanning disabled.  I have used IMAP protocol for several years. I use a hard wire router. I took the router out, and it made no difference. No other programs are running.

I checked with my cable ISP and my connection is fine and they are having no network problems. The confirmed my properties settings are correct.

On my synchronized web based email, I keep those folders empty. I empty my Inboxes daily, either deleting the messages or storing them in my local folders.

My complete error messages are:

After receiving mail:

“Your Server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.  Possible causes are server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated.

Account: Charter(adamsr2)(1)

Server: IMAP.Charter.net

User Name: adamsr2

Protocol: IMAP

Port: 143

Secure(SSL): 0

 Code: 800ccc0f.”

When moving messages to local folders:

“Your Server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.  Possible causes are server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated.

Account: Charter(adamsr2)(1)

Server: IMAP.Charter.net

User Name: adamsr2

Protocol: IMAP

Port: 143

Secure(SSL): 0

 Code: 800ccc0f.”

When Sending a message:

“An unknown error has occurred.  You IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate lack of memory on your system.

Configuration:

Account: Charter(adamsr2)(1)

Server: IMAP.Charter.net

User Name: adamsr2

Protocol: IMAP

Port: 143

Secure(SSL): 0

 Code: 800ccc0f.”

Any suggestions?
