Windows Live Mail Unknown Error - when writing a new email or replying to an email.

Hi all,
I have a problem with my Windows Live Mail, which is part of the Windos Live Essentials package. Sending a new email or replying to an email brings up an 'unexpcted error' after typing a few words. Receiving and reading emails is unaffected.
The screen grab of the error I get is below:

Clicking 'Continue' simply brings up an identical box, and another, and another...ad infinitem...I have to use Task Manager to close the email program or it just gets stuck in the loop.

It was initially a Windows Live Essentials 2011 installation on which I tried to use the embedded repair function, but this didn't fix the problem.

Subsequently, I saved all the emails and uninstalled Windows Live Essentials 2011. I then installed Windows Live 2012. However, all my emails and settings were automatically found somehow and restored. I guess that the settings wern't deleted/uninstalled with the rest of 2011?

So, I found the storage files in C:\Users\Mxxxxx Gxxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail and deleted the whole folder (and anythign else with a Windows Live name) and re-installed again.

Even with a clean install and no previous user data it is still doing it. I can't send or reply to any emails.

I've been told it might be a problem with the draft email auto-save and that the mail program might have a permissions problem with the storage file but how do I check that?...and why would it suddenly go wrong any way?

So does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
