We use live.com as our central repository of family contacts. We access it with two PCs using WLM 2012, two Android phones, and occasionally through the people.live.com site. I recently noticed that an address I had updated for a friend on my phone had not updated in WLM. I checked further and it had updated on the live.com site and the other phone, but not on either copy of WLM. I've done some troubleshooting and determined that if I update a field that already exists for a contact, WLM will not update that field. For example, if I update an address on live.com (or on one of our phones, or on the other computer's version of WLM) for a contact that WLM already has an address for, WLM won't update the address. If I add new field in an existing contact (like a phone number for a contact that didn't have one before) or a new contact, then WLM updates its info.
I found lots of threads discussing complete loss of contact data and a few other issues, but nothing exactly like my problem. I tried signing out of WLM and then back in. After doing that, 7 contacts (out of 152) are missing. I know which 7, and I think they are contacts I updated on the live.com site or using my phone recently. Both computers are now missing the same 7 contacts. Both phones and the site have a complete set of contacts.
I've tried doing a repair through the add/remove programs with no success. I've repeatedly tried logging in and out. I've reinstalled the program several times. The last reinstall used the clean install method in this thread:

In addition, before reinstalling the last time, I deleted all registry keys related to my sign in name and WLM and all folders I could find related to WLM and my login name.
Any suggestions? This problem can't be all that common, since I'm the only one I can find with it. But, at the same time, it's happened to 2 of my computers using the latest version of the software.
