Windows Live Mail cannot send messages to tmomail.net address

Using WLM 2012 on my computer to download and send messages from Gmail account, ISP is Verizon DSL

Cannot send e-mail to text on phones @tmomail.net , always used to be able to do so using WLM2011 on computer with ISP of RoadRunner and road runner mail. 

any ideas on setting I may need to set?
