Windows Live Email and Windows 8.1

Hi,

I am running Windows 8.1 and Norton 360.  When I open Windows Live Email, it takes several minutes to open.  It is as if it goes into some sort of loop and eventually times out and opens.  Once open it works fine.  Any ideas?
