I am currently unable to access my account, when trying to log in I receive an error saying that someone has tried to log in too many times with the wrong password, upon trying to reset my password I am unable to do so as the confirmation code it sends to
me is being marked as wrong every time I try. I have tried the other process in which I try to recover the account but when clicking on the link I receive to finish the process I get another error saying that this service is temporarily unavailable. I do not
have any firewalls or security measures running that could interfere with this, and have already been directed here by Microsoft Customer Support with the following message.
