I have repeatedly encountered the distressing phenomenon whereby a WLM draft that I've saved refuses to open. The error message is "A problem has occurred. Please try again." Trying again (many times, over an extended period) does no good. Why is this
happening, and is there any way to get these messages to open? Or is there a way to prevent the error?
