About a week ago I lost all my email messages stored under my folders for "sent items" & "inbox".
I am using Windows Live Mail 2011, OS Windows 7.
When I searched my hard drive for these missing ( sent) emails, there were no where to be found (Users\Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail).
Luckly, my inbox email did come back automatically, but I had to re open all 1,00 emails again to show them as "read".
My "sent items" never came back.
Would it be possible for Microsoft to retrieve my lost sent email from there server and send them back to my email address?
It would be greatly appreciated.
By the way, this happened a few months ago.
How do I stop this again.
My service provider is Verizon. They could not help me. The out bound mail does not get routed to their web mail system.
Can you help me?
