I have Live Mail installed on a Windows 8.1 desktop and can logon to my windows account without difficulty. I have also Live Mail on a Windows Vista home premium laptop. When I try to logon in Live Mail using my windows account particulars these are not
recognised. Sometimes I am advised to try again later. I am not clear on the distinction between a windows live account and a windows live mail account. Thanks for any help
