I have a secondary account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) which is linked to my main Hotmail account and is the one I created my Live account on. The problem is in order to access my Xbox I'm now asked about a phone number I used a long time ago, a number that used to belong to my dad and I just can't remember what number that was.
I need my account to be unblocked so I can play again. I don't want to set up a new one because I need the data entered into that account. I've sent an e-mail to the Brazilian Microsoft support seeing as I'm from Brazil, but they won't even read my messages. My Xbox IP is 200.146.45.91.
I'd appreciate the help.
