I have Windows Live Mail installed in Windows 8.1 and three POP email addresses. Recently, three times, all my additional folders have mysteriously disappeared along with all my emails. Most of the emails from the last few months then reappear unopened
in the three Inbox's. However many important emails that were saved in the vanished folders seem to have gone forever! This problem has only occurred since I upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1. and I have used Live Mail for several years before without any problems.
Is Live Mail not compatible with Windows 8.1? If not what do you recommend? Please help!! - Guy.
