I continue to get a pop up box indicating a TASK that they are sending two messages using my email address and the STATUS shows that they are executing. However, the screen is frozen and indicates that there are no errors. When I close out of this screen
and try to start Windows Live Mail, I get the same message. How do I correct this problem so that I can download new messages and delete old ones? Thanks for your help. RMS1959
