MSN or Outlook (no way for me to know which for certain) has monitoring software that was triggered by an “apparent” attempt to access my MSN email account attempting to change my security settings. Without notifying me, the access to my MSN email account has been blocked! When I try to log in I get various errors depending which way I attempt to log. This makes it clear to me that the block is on the MSN/Outlook side so there is NOTHING I can do to restore access to my MSN email account. I can only guess how this may have happened due to a change in the authentication process. I have direct phone numbers to Microsoft/MSN which at one time worked but these phone numbers have all been replaced by useless toll free numbers answered by unskilled customer service workers that do not any authority, ability, or understanding how to fix this. The solution is to have MSN/Outlook override the monitoring software to restore my access. There is nothing I can do on my part. Not even a phone number or email I can call or us to get to the RIGHT person that can restore this on YOUR end.
