Transfer of email, folders, identities and contacts from OE on XP to WLM11 on Win7.

I have Outlook Express 6 on XP Pro and have gotten a new computer with Win 7 Ultimate. I want to use Windows Live Mail 11 and need instructions on how to transfer this info to the new computer. Thanks.
