I have never had an issue with my Hotmail account, but have recently had a POP folder show up in my folders with a lot of varied emails in it. Like the other people who wrote in with this problem, I didn't do anything different and I didn't ask for this POP folder, but it will not go away. I never set up anything unusual with my email from the very first time I set up my account ions ago. I don't understand how this just happened out of the blue. I delete or move emails from it and more show up. I follow the instructions to delete the folder forever and it still returns! The emails that accumulate in the POP folder are a mixture of deleted ones and just junk. Unlike most people today, I am not a tech savvy person so I don't just know the steps to take to solve this problem without very specific instructions. It is very annoying and time consuming to deal with this situation on a continual basis. If I cannot find a solution soon, I am cancelling my email account all together. Please help!!! JaneAHJ
