Cannot get account setup properly... either Sent Items do not show or Inbox is located in wrong place and not receiving email.

I am not sure I have experienced a more complicated email client.  I have it working fine for one account, but the other one is giving me fits.

I have setup an IMAP account.  However, when I sent an email from any of my accounts there was no copy being placed in Sent Items, despite having the setting set to do so.  After researching online I found that I needed to go into the Properties and type "Inbox" as the root folder path under the IMAP tab.  When I do this, my Inbox is no longer listed directly beneath the email account title.  I see Drafts, Sent Items, Junk, Deleted Items, Inbox... in that order.  And email sent to my inbox does not show up.  The other account I have works fine... Inbox at the top, getting emails, Sent Items showing up, etc.... and using Inbox as the root folder path for IMAP.

I also went in to my Microsoft/Windows Live Mail folder and deleted the accounts and recreated the account, but it still stays messed up and will not work properly.

Is there any help to get this corrected?
