I first posted this on 3/24 but have yet to receive answer. I have two issues with Windows Live Mail.
1. I cannot delete emails from "junk" folder. All other folders work OK.
2. When I go to Windows Live Mail to review new emails, I consistently get the "log-in" page pop up and cannot get it to accept what is the correct user name and password. The only way I have been able to circumvent this issue is to shut down the PC and restart. Even then, it sometimes will not accept the log-in info.
Question: How can I fix these two issues. This is very frustrating, especially on the "log-in" to email problem!!
