Hi ...I am aware of a post from Microsoft Moderator Leilani P. on November 15, 2012 regarding this issue. I have followed her advice up to the point of ; "Open the WLM Store folder."However, when I open the 'Storage Folder' and then open the 'Local Folder'the folder is empty.
I have not been able to locate my storage folders anywhere else on my C Drive. However, I do have the folders backed up to an external hard drive and so if no one can tell me how to locate my lost folders in my C Drive could someone perhaps assist in telling me how to transfer my storage files from my external hard drive back into Windows Live. Thanks very much , I would definitely appreciate any help offered!
