After updating my Windows 8 with Windows Essentials I have now lost my Windows Live Mail icon and box on desk top and boxes on start up and have no way of accessing my email. I have also lost personalised apps such as Yahoo and BBc player as examples,
amongst many others . Can I revert back in time to a specific day before I activated the update whilst also getting rid of the update. Ive tried for hours to find a way to do this but not understanding the stupid language used to describe simple actions I
have failed miserably. HELP!!! I am desperate not to have a nervous breakdown, so can anybody advise urgently.
