Live Mail Only One of three Email accounts is showing new messages in Inbox

I have recently had my Outlook Express transferred to Live Mail

All three accounts show but only one appears to receive new mail. All three accounts can send.

My email provider has checked accounts and all settings are correct. messages arrive but do not go into Inbox on two accounts.Any ideas of whats happening.
