I had a similar problem crop up out of no where. About half of my contacts disappeared and not able to send any email for days, but can receive them. I did a search and found the answer to the missing contacts, but can't solve the outgoing mail problem. The original error was as follows;

Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10060
I followed your instructions to move mail out of Outbox into Drafts, then sent myself the test email. It still did not go and the error message is the same. Any ideas? Your help is so greatly appreciated.
