"Allow Sender" Doesn't Work

Greetings,

When I receive an email, a bar displays at the top:

Unknown Sender   Delete and block   Allow Sender

But when I click "Allow Sender", nothing happens. Clicking it repeatedly does nothing. How can I fix this?
